Receiving an item or returning an item

I'm uk based with orders all in hand,

I strive to give 100% customer satisfaction on all orders placed

my items that are for sale are mostly all overstock from the high street shops, I describe the condition of the item you will receive so there are no nasty shocks when your order arrives

if the box is worn you will be told of this in the ad

my items ~ i do not sell fakes chipped or any illegal items in my shop nor do i buy them in ~ all sales are via ebay i do not sell outside ebay for you and my protection

ordering an item ~ please only bid or buy if you intend to pay for the item, but if you do change your mind after buying please contact me asap so that i can make arrangements to recover my fees and most importantly you do not receive a strike ageist you via ebay, we all make mistakes and i always take this into account

contacting me when you have bought an item~ if you pay via pay pal then there i not need to confirm this with me as its an instant payment [apart form e-cheques which do take up to 15 days to clear and also ther is no need to contact me]

pay pal payments ~ are an instant payment and 99.9% will be posted the same working day if ordered received by 1pm monday to friday

uk only personal cheques ~ i do have to bank these so i do have to wait for them to clear

uk & europe we do not accept bank transfer under any circumstances we are only a small business and are not set up to take the payment

non payment ~ if i do not receive your payment or any contact within 7 days i will peruse payment via ebay to reclaim my fees, i do have customers who do have to wait for their pay to go into the bank but as long as you contact me just to let me know i'm cool waiting for the payment

dispatch email ~ is sent same day that i post so that you know your order is on the way to you

feedback ~ is left the same day i post to you

p+p charges ~ mine are one of the lowest on ebay and excessive postage is not charged, if you feel my postage is too high contact me, see what others sellers are charging, before deciding mine are excessive, if you still feel i'm charging too much for postage let me know and i will re~weight an item

refunds ~ are accepted unless item is sold as "faulty" when they are they will be stated in my ad that returns are not accepted on the item,

I base all returns on individual cases please contact me before returning an item~ why because i have to asses it it whether the postage would be refunded to you or not

method of posting~ i use royal mail, also for the larger heavier items dhl

lost in post items ~ as a business i'm responsible for you to get your item & should an item be lost in the post a replacement or refund will be offered but please take this into account before contacting me

a. has the postman tried to deliver & you were out

b. is it too big for your letter box? so that the postman has to require someone home to take the parcel in

c. firstly contact your local sorting office the post office don't always leave the sorry you were out cards and this is my biggest problem when it comes to the larger delivery

d. contact me I'm under the obligation to the post office not to make a claim of lost in post until 15 working days has lapsed so please take this into consideration when your parcel has not been delivered, my hands are tied with this rule, but all cases of lost in the post are based on individual cases
