I always try to describe items accurately as I do not want unhappy customers. If you purchase goods I am sure you will be happy but if there is a problem please email me before leaving feedback, things can always be worked out. Once I have received feedback I will leave you yours, leaving me feedback lets me know that your item has arrived safely and in good condition. Please remember that most items can take UP TO 8 days to arrive although most arrive with in 3 or 4.

PAYMENT

I only accept payment via paypal. I am a small business and unfortunately not set up to accept anything else.

Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase/auction closing, unless otherwise agreed. Failure to do so will result in ebay being informed.

DELIVERY

I offer combined postage costs on multiple purchases/auctions, providing goods are paid for together as a single consolidated payment. – Please request a combined invoice once you have purchased all items you wish to. Please contact me before purchase if you would like a combined postage price for goods.

Please note that the postage costs include handling and packaging.

I usually post items Royal Mail 2nd class in order to keep your costs down (except larger items) and I dispatch within 3 working days after CLEARED payment. Delivery can take up to 8 days, please remember this when leaving feedback!!! If you require a faster delivery service please contact me before purchasing/bidding for the additional costs for that service.
