Delivery terms and conditions:

This item is sent via courier. Our courier service aim to get it to you on the next working day, however advise that you must allow up to three working days for receipt. If there is no one at home to sign for the item, our courier will automatically reattempt delivery on the next working day.

If there is nobody to sign for the item then, you will need to collect your item from your local depot within 5 working days, after which the item is returned to us. Should this happen, your purchase will automatically be refunded, excluding the delivery charge.

If you do not receive goods within the advised time period, please contact us via My Messages in eBay and we can look into it for you. We do not accept responsibility for courier mistakes, however we will assist wherever possible in the event of a problem (which is very rare).

Returns Policy:

Geeantees offer a full refund service for all products sold. Please note that our return policy is categorized as follows:

(1) Item faulty/not working

In the unlikely event that the item supplied is faulty or not working, we will refund the full cost of the item and return carriage. In order to qualify for a refund, you must notify us within five working days of receipt of item via eBay messages, detailing the nature of the problem.

(2) Item not wanted (not faulty)

In the event that you order a product and on receipt decide that you wish to return, you can take advantage of our 7 day home trial service. In this event, you must contact us via eBay messages within 7 days of receipt to advise that you wish to return the item. Do not return anything to us without contacting us in the first instant. Returned items must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. The original carriage cost will not be refunded, only the product cost will be refunded. Return carriage will also be at your own expense.
