All our used games are checked and cleaned where needed, small pieces are put into reseal-able bags and cards and money are wrapped with elastic bands to keep them together. When you receive your game and open it for the first time it should be laid out in the box all neat and tidy, although we can never guarantee what will happen in the post. All our games are fully complete (unless stated otherwise in the listing) and ready to be played.We hold a massive stock of different board game spares and have listing for some of the more popular things but if there is something you need that we don't have listed then feel free to contact us and we see if we have it, all sales are to be done through ebay though. We can be contacted via ebay messages and these are usually checked two or three times a day, we will always get back to you so if you have not received a reply there has been a problem with the message and it has not reached us. Problems can be sorted out very easily and all we ask in the unlikely event of a problem arising with your purchase, that you get in touch with us, tell us the problem and allow us to find a solution.PaymentWe accept PayPal, UNCROSSED Postal Orders and personal cheques. If you pay by PayPal your payment will usually be instant allowing your order to be processed much more quickly than the other payment methods, if you use an e-cheque or a personal cheque we will not post your item until the funds have cleared in our account. If you send an uncrossed Postal Order then we will post your item as soon as it arrives with us. Most of our items are buy-it-now listings so we expect payment instantly if you are using PayPal, however we do allow 24 hours for payment, if you are posting payment please let us know via ebay messages. You may receive payment reminders if your payment takes a little while to arrive but these are sent out automatically by ebay and you should just ignore them if your payment has already been sent. If you do not pay within 4 days (and you have not contacted us), we will open an unpaid item dispute and block you from bidding on our items again, if you still haven't paid after another 4 days we will cancel the sale and issue you with a non-payment strike which could affect your ability to use ebay in the future.PostageWe post daily (Monday to Friday) and if you have paid for your item before 3pm it will be posted the same day. Items paid for after 3pm or on a weekend, will be posted on the next available posting day, so if you pay after 3pm on a Friday your item will be posted on Monday. We offer first and second class postage on most of our items as well as guaranteed next day delivery, if there is a service you would prefer but you cannot find a price for it on the item you wish to purchase please contact us and we will get one for you. We post worldwide and if you cannot find a price for your country please contact us. If you are purchasing multiple items from us we are happy to combine postage, simply buy what you want and then contact us BEFORE you pay, we will then send an invoice with the combined postage on.If your item is sent by recorded or next day delivery and a signature is required, or your item is too big for your letterbox then please check with your local sorting office before contacting us about undelivered items, we always use Royal Mail and whilst the postman should leave a red card if you are out THEY DO NOT ALWAYS so please check, 99% of 'missing' items are sitting in a sorting office. If you do not collect your item in time and it is returned to us we will re-send it when it arrives back (usually 4 - 8 weeks) but we will require you to pay the postage again. Delivery times on ebay are guide time only, you should allow 15 working days for delivery in the UK and 20 working days abroad, it is rare that items actually take this long but Royal Mail will not accept an item as missing until this time has passed, so there is nothing we can do if you contact us earlier.ReturnsWe accept returns on all our items (unless stated in the listing) as long as they are returned to us within 30 days of the sale and are in the same condition as when we posted them, this means new items should be unopened and ready to be sold again as a new item. If an item is found to be faulty we will replace it for another or refund you on return of the faulty one. If an item is returned because you change your mind we will not refund the postage either way, just the purchase cost of the item, if the postage was free we will remove our costs from the price before refunding you.Condition Of ItemsAll new items are factory sealed, usually in cellophane but sometimes just with tape, they are unopened and have never been used. All our used stock is checked and cleaned before listing, small parts are put into sealed bags and cards and money is wrapped with elastic bands, all our games are complete (unless stated in the listing), however it is possible to miss something occasionally and if your game arrives incomplete when it was listed as complete then please contact us as we have just overlooked it (we are only human). We hold a lot of spares for board games and can probably send the missing item out to you in the next post.Used items are described as mint, excellent, very good, good, fair or poor condition. We don't sell many items lower than very good, and the condition is near the top of each listing, but please be aware of our grading system before you buy as people have different ideas about what each thing means. A new item is obviously unused still sealed and perfect, an item described as mint will be opened but probably not played or maybe played just once, it will be almost as good as new but open. Items in excellent condition will have been opened and used only a handful of times, everything should still appear crisp and new but there will be slight signs that the item has been used, very good items will have been used but looked after, the box may have some light scuffing and money in a game may be a little rolled as it can be when it has been used a few times due to the way we hold it. Boards may have the odd light scuff and the item will have lost it's 'new' feel but will still have lots of use left in it. Good is how we describe a game with a few scuffs or creases to the box and contents, the game will still be very usable but will have been quite well played by it's previous owner and will be showing some wear.If an item is described as fair or poor it is reaching the end of it's life, we would not usually sell an item that we class as being in fair or poor condition so it will probably be something that is quite rare and still has a value even though it's condition is bad, if an item is listed as fair or poor we will probably go into more detail about it and we welcome questions about the condition in this case so that you can be sure what you are getting.
